Team Supervisor
SUMMARY: The Team Supervisor is an integral part of managing the operations of our company. The primary duty is the supervision of the company’s employees while on-site. Responsibilities include managing direct reports, ensuring safe operations, keeping records, inspecting for quality control, preparing reports and interacting with the client. This employee has the authority to implement systems and procedures for the delivery of the company’s service and to enforce company polices and protocols. This employee supervises employees with authority to make recommendations respecting pay raises, hiring and firing of employees. The individual exercises discretion and independent judgment in completing the duties and responsibilities of the position and the operations of the company.
Reports to: Operations Manager
Primary Job Responsibilities/Duties:
• Generally responsible for hiring, training, directing, and disciplining employees.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of all processes involving the company’s equipment.
• Recommends and implements systems and protocols for the safe operation of the company’s equipment by its employees.
• Supervises on-site operations during shift.
• Ensures safety protocols followed by employees supervised.
• Ensures company customer service standards are met on-site.
Other Responsibilities Incident to Completion of Primary Duties:
• Maintains all safety reports, incident reports, and accident reports related to the company’s equipment.
• Determine and notify crew of departure times to ensure adequate arrival time for set up.
• Complete weekly time sheets and submit by Monday morning to the Operations Manager.
Education / Experience
• Experience managing a team of individuals
• Demonstrated management and organizational skills
• Basic computer knowledge including email, web and Excel
• Have a valid driver’s license
• English fluency required
• Spanish language skills preferred

• Ability to manage and motivate people

• Must be able to drive safely and prudently
• Must be able to walk and be on feet through the work day
• Must be able to communicate with clients, vendors, and staff
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to travel for up to 3 weeks
• Must be willing to work hours required to complete work up to 12 hours a day
